NHS Training Video Voiceover

The Brief

To cast and record a Northern voiceover for a Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust project.

The Challenge

To cast a voice who had a generic northern to north eastern feel to it. It also needed to be friendly, approachable and authoratative. The script, about Sepsis treatment, had many medical terms in it and the client was not able to attend the session. We cast our excellent voice, Jack Oddie [ADD LINK TO JACK’S PROFILE ONCE CREATED?], who is native of Carlisle.

The Results

We solved the medical pronunciation issue by getting the client to pre-record the correct pronunciations into her phone in advance, so that we were prepared and had clear references. This worked brilliantly and the live session with Jack was very focused and smooth. The client was really happy with the results, so much so that it has led to further projects for the same department.
