From there, our walk will take us on a journey through Brighton\u2019s history and pinpoint the moments where the Jewish community have been a central part of the administrative and commercial life of the city since the 18th century. We&#8217;ll traverse through the streets and &#8216;twittens&#8217; of the Old Town, noting Blue Plaques to Jewish residents, and discover the near-forgotten sites of Jewish shops and schools at the heart of Brighton, and its hidden synagogues. This one of a kind tour is not to be missed!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About our Guide:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marc Gardiner is an enthusiastic tour guide with a passion for the history and geography of the places that he visits. Originally a qualified accountant and university lecturer, Marc has a Master\u2019s degree in Modern History and is training to become an official City of London guide.
