Description
We are looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join the team to provide critical administrative and logistical support across BNJC’s areas of operation.
The successful candidate will work with the BNJC team supporting across a range of activities, particularly as the first port of call for Co-working members, responding to queries and requests from BNJC customers and supporting team logistics. This will entail the organisation of internal meetings and co-ordination around events we host for our customer base. The Office Coordinator will also provide a PA service to the CEO, including diary management and general administrative support. The Office Coordinator will be based with the team in our Coworking space. We are looking for an organised and confident administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate would be happy working autonomously and have experience of supporting a busy and fast-paced team managing multiple different areas of operation. We are looking for someone who will anticipate needs and suggest solutions to logistical challenges. You’ll need to be helpful and enthusiastic in your approach to work, flexible, a strong communicator and
people-oriented.
