Harrogate Tipple Gooseberry Gin

The Ripley Castle Historical Estate surrounding the distillery is the inspiration for this gin. Traditional Yorkshire Gooseberries are handpicked from the garden’s very own gooseberry bush. They are then distilled with delicate botanicals including lavender and finished again, exclusively with Harrogate Spring Water.

Tangy gooseberry flavour are balanced with sweet floral notes in this gin. Garden Sorrel Roots help give our Gin it’s wonderful character and unique green hue.
